Shipping Policy
The confirmation of order will be sent by email. All shipped packages are insured for the full value of the transported items. All of our packages require an adult signature upon delivery. All in-stock items will be processed and sent within a maximum of 30 business days. Custom engagement rings, custom wedding rings, and custom ring orders will take a minimum of three weeks. Ken Claude Lambert is not liable for unforeseen consequences that might delay the processing and/or the shipping of the package. Ken Claude Lambert reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer’s credit, charge or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment. Please note that your order will be shipped to the billing address. Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding the informed delivery date should be reported to ken@kenclaudelambert.com. If the products ordered do not conform to the original order, or you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or store credit in accordance with the Ken Claude Lambert Return Policy. The customer accepts all risk for the goods (including loss, theft, or damage to any order) upon shipment.
