Refund Policy


We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any Ken Claude Lambert merchandise that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in our system, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with our request. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping cost may occur with exchanges.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any jewel with signs of damage, wear or alteration (e.g. re-sized ring by a jeweller other than Ken Claude Lambert) cannot be accepted. Ken Claude Lambert reserves the right to refuse exchanges on any items that have been worn or altered in any way. If you are not satisfied with the item that was sent to you, please contact us immediately. We will issue a return code that will enable a store credit minus shipping costs. Please make sure that returned items are in the original box and packaging with full documentation. Ken Claude Lambert is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
